Vulcanization system:

Reinforcement filling system: improve the mechanical properties, make non-self-reinforcing rubber obtain application, improve process performance and reduce cost; others have functions such as flame retardant, conductive, magnetic, etc.
Anti-aging system: prolong the service life of rubber products, mainly aging caused by heat, oxygen, ozone, photo-oxidation, ions, fatigue, mold, etc.
Plasticization and operation system:
reduce the viscosity of the rubber compound, improve the processing performance and reduce the cost. There are mainly plasticizers, dispersants, homogenizers, tackifiers, peptizers, scorch inhibitors, mold release agents, etc.
Special compounding system:
It imparts special properties to rubber, such as bonding, coloring, foaming, flame retardant, coupling, antistatic, conductive, scent, hardening, lubrication, anti-spray and other coordination systems.
